As we swam this weekend both in the clinic and at Southgate, one thing occurred to me. I couldn't be more proud of the many swimmers that stepped up and did a great job. From the swimmers who voluntarily chose to go to the stroke clinic to give their fellow swimmers a chance to swim this week, to the swimmers that stepped up to score some huge points for our team. I have always known that Bluefin swimmers were a great group of kids, but this week many have shown lots of growth.

As you prepare for championships, get your sleep, and remember to eat right several days before, because it will have long term positive effects if you do.
