As I reflect on the season so far, if someone would have told me that our team would be 7 - 0, I would have had a hard time believing them. Not that I didn't believe in our swimmers, it was just that we have been a team for thirteen years without being undefeated, why should it start now? I have to admit that this is a special team. A team that is not afraid to work hard to achieve more.

We are now in the home stretch of the season, time to take a serious look at setting short range goals. In the next week I want to challenge each swimmer to set realistic time drops for each of their races. Without setting goals it's hard to determine how successful you are. On top of time goals there are many things that you can do to help your chances of doing well at Championships like eating well, getting plenty of sleep, and staying out of the sun.

This has truly been year to remember, when the sky was our only limit. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of it.
