    Championships T-shirt Order


    2017 Order Form
    We will be selling Championship team t-shirts and tank-tops. The shirt will include our team logo design, and the names of all swimmers on our Championship team as well as coaches. T-shirts will be $10 and will be offered in youth and adult sizes. Tank tops will be offered for women and will only be available in adult sizes. Orders will be taken at the potluck OR please see Stephanie or Tiffany. Please keep in mind no additional orders will be taken after the deadline as we need to place the order to ensure the delivery of the shirts before championships.

    Championship Program Preparation and Deadlines


    2017 Program Cover Contest
    Every year at championships, a program (i.e. a book) is offered. It includes all the teams, competing swimmers, and swimming events are listed as well. We will be selling programs for $10. You can also purchase dedication pages. A full page is $20, and half pages are $10. If you would like to purchase either a program or a page dedication, you can do so at the potluck or contact Stephanie or Tiffany. All page dedications should be printed OR emailed to Stephanie or Tiffany. Due to a deadline, make sure your items are turned in in a timely manner.

    Parent Meeting

    Where: The Pool
    When: Monday, July 24th
    Time: 6:00pm

    Please be there or send a responsible adult to attend in your absence. This is required and we will have a sign in sheet. All rules, requirements, expectations will be layed out at the meeting on Monday, that we should hopefully see you all at. Also, please plan on having your swimmer at the pool for practice all 4 days!

  • We only have 1 hour window to use the pool, Don't be late!
  • Please be aware that parking rules will be enforced for Friday practice, $2.00 parking per vehicle.
  • Carb Parties


    All food will be provided. Parents please do not bring any other food or desserts.

  • Bluefins Food Table


    At Championships, we will be offering lunch again this year. For swimmers, meal tickets are $5, and for adults/family member it's $7. This meal is set up in our "home base" area. We highly encourage you all to take advantage of this, as food lines at the meet are often long. Tickets will be sold at the potluck OR please see Stephanie or Tiffany. Please note that drinks are not provided, and everyone is expected to supply their own drinks.

    Keys to Success by Coach Crosby


    During Championships week there are many things that you have in your control that will help your chances to do well this Saturday.


    • Get plenty of sleep
      • You are better able to focus, and train harder if you are rested.
      • Go to bed at an early timeframe, and get up at a consistent time. You are training your body to get up and go on the day of the big meet.
    • Drink lots of water
    • Limit the time in the sun
    • Eat lots of Carbohydrates (Pastas, etc.)
    • Limit junk food.
      • What you eat today and the rest of this week will either help fuel you to go faster or slow you down.
      • You have a choice today, make the right choice.

      The day of Championships to do your best you should...


    • Drink lots of water
    • Eat light, healthy, easily digested meals and snacks
    • Limit time in the sun
    • Use sunblock
    • REST between your events

    • Please be aware that every point counts, championships scores out to 30th place in individual races. There will be a lot of swimmers in the pool at the same time you are swimming, find your race in the pool and compete!
